Job Role System Engineer
* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
* Candidate should have an aggregate 65% through out academics.
* Graduates of 2015 & 2016 passed outs can apply.
* Should be able to provide remote Level 1 help desk support to customers, first point of contact.
* Should solve problems by utilizing training, knowledge, tools and analytical skills while on call or processing an Incident.
* Should Create, record, and resolve incoming requests for service (Service Requests).
* Must document and maintain detail history of Incidents from start to finish.
* Should have knowledge of basic Networking concepts such as OSI Layers/ TCP/IP protocol Suite, & understanding of IP addressing and sub netting.
* Must also have understanding of DNS, DHCP.
* Must have basic knowledge of computers with knowledge in MS Office.
* Must have knowledge of fundamentals of networking.
* Should be handling US customers and troubleshooting their technical queries.
* Must be completely involved in troubleshooting technical problems.
* Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
* Should have timely escalation and hand off of Critical/Irate customer to L2
* Must have excellent written & verbal English communication Skills.
* Should have good problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
* Should have good inter personnel skills
